Winemaker/Principal consultant Russell Lake B.Agr.Sci  Hons (Oenology) B.Tech (Industrial) has made wine in Australia, Germany, France, USA and New Zealand.  Russell established Lake Wine Services in 2002 to capitalize on an unique combination of winemaking and process technology skills that allow him to work through projects in a logical and effective manner while still retaining the passion necessary to create great wines.
